Adopt-A-Block (2nd and 4th Saturdays)
    Held on 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month from 9:00am till 12 noon. Volunteers perform community outreach by visiting inner-city neighborhoods to share the love of Jesus by distributing groceries, beautifying homes/yards, picking up trash and by simply showing random acts of kindness. Small groups and individuals can select specific Saturdays to work as a group, Churches can adopt neighborhoods, and interested people can simply meet at Hope Center 633 King Street any scheduled Saturday at 9:00am to join in and show the love of Jesus.  A time of prayer precedes our going out beginning at 8:30am.  If you would like to participate in corporate prayer for the needs of the community please join in.

OUTREACH EVENTS

At Without Walls Ministry outreaches, local businesses, churches, and community agencies come together to provide the poor, the hurting, and forgotten a message of hope, food, free groceries, health screenings, job fairs, haircuts, games and activities for children, and much more. All goods and services—which are donated and supplied locally, are provided to guests free of charge. This all-volunteer outreach mobilizes area residents to serve in an urban mission and make a difference in their community. Strong participation by local businesses, churches, community agencies, and individuals is crucial to the success of outreaches.

 

Special Outreaches are scheduled throughout the year.   Volunteers are needed to help with the outreach events which allows you to be a blessing to someone in need.    Please contact us if you would like to volunteer to help at an outreach and/or provide financial support.

Back To School Outreach - August 14th - Again this year, Without Walls Ministry (a para-church inner-city outreach ministry) will be holding an Back To School Outreach for Kids in needy neighborhoods. Volunteers can meet at WOW Outreach Center at 9am and we will go out to show the love of Jesus to the inner-city families and kids of Charleston, SC. More Info >>
