Again this year we are gearing up to host a Easter Party for the needy children of Charleston.  This outreach brings joy and hope to inner-city children through hosting a carnival in the park and providing Easter baskets and an Easter egg hunt while sharing the Good News of God's love. This program provides an opportunity for people of all ages to be involved in a simple, hands-on missions outreach while focusing on the true meaning of Easter - Jesus Christ.

We need your help to show God’s love to Charleston inner-city children by packing one or more Easter Baskets and deliver to Hope Center at 633 King Street by Thursday March 25th.  We plan to give away 500 gift-filled Easter Baskets containing items such as small toys, school supplies, hygiene products, and of course Easter candy.  You and your small group could make several Easter baskets and warm needy children's hearts.

We also need your help to fill 5000+ plastic Easter Eggs with candy. There will be an Easter egg stuffing party beginning at 6:30pm March 25thd at Without Walls Ministry Center, 633 King Street (across the street from Post and Courier). Your group can throw an Easter egg stuffing party and have fun at the same time.   If you would like to participate, please contact info@withoutwallsministry.org.

If you are unable to provide Easter baskets; but still would like to help, please consider providing a donation (it is suggested $20 per Easter basket and/or as God leads) to help defray the total cost of hosting an outreach of this kind, which is approximately $3,000.   The Bible says that when we throw a party to invite the poor, the blind and the crippled.

The Easter Party will be held at Harmon Park at President and Line Streets on Saturday March 27th.
 
Volunteers are needed to help with the Easter Party and egg hunt and to distribute Easter baskets to children. If you would like to volunteer, you can register online or if you have any questions please contact Anna Javaux at info@withoutwallsministry.org or call us.  Volunteers are asked to be at the park by 8am for an orientation and to assist with final setup.
